People and Numbers was created to provide a one stop shop for HR and Accountancy needs to small businesses, freelancers, contractors and individuals.  We can help with all your Coaching, CV writing, HR consultancy, accountancy and tax needs.

We recognised that there was often an overlap between the financial needs and HR needs of an organisation and that in order to be successful a business needs to have both of these areas managed efficiently and effectively.  However, we noticed that currently you would need to either hire these resources on a permanent basis which can be prohibitive cost wise or engage two different consultant organisations to address your needs.

With People and Numbers this is no longer the case.  Engaging us to provide your HR or accountancy needs will free up your time to concentrate on making your business successful.

As an individual we know that everyone needs support at one time or another whether it be practical advice or simply a sounding board and so have a variety of offerings to suit every need.

We are a small business, but with over 20 years’ experience in our fields working for some of the leading organisations in the world we are able to offer valuable skills and expertise and do so at a reasonable cost.

Our approach is to provide a personalised, professional service to each of our clients based on their specific needs and we price our work accordingly so will always provide you with a comprehensive quote prior to starting work.  We know that in today’s increasingly tough market you need sensibly price, flexible support options that can flex with you and your changing needs so many of our offerings can be purchased as a stand alone options or on an ongoing basis.
